6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user must:

8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

8.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the online store site and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the applicant in writing of the results of the claim.

8.3. In case of disagreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
